If you do not like to enter your credit card information on the web, please place your order online (see "HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER" below) At the payment option choose “call me for CC info” This will place your order without requesting credit card info. We will begin to process your order and call you for your credit card information.
Information on HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER an order on the web: At the basket you prefer click “buy now”, “add to cart” or other underlined words. This will bring you to the shopping cart. You must then choose the shipping rate- you do this by selecting the price of the basket you have chosen. Make sure you click after you choose your rate or it will change as you scroll away. Add a message for your gift card in the appropriate space (remember to include your name).
At the bottom of the page choose “go to payments”. (Note: If you’d like to remove something from the cart, put a zero in the quantity space and then click “recalculate”.) On this page enter your billing information and the address you’d like the basket shipped to and click “continue” on the bottom of the page. [If you receive a page that says “Form entries incomplete or invalid”, just click “back” to return to the previous page and enter required information and click "continue"].
You are now on the payment options page. Choose which method you prefer and enter your CC information. If you do not want to enter your CC information online choose “call me for CC info”. You will then receive an acknowledgement of you order. We will call you at the above times. LOCAL DELIVERY AND SHIPPING The Denver Metro area is in our local delivery area. If you order by noon, the order can usually be delivered the following day. The fee is $9.95. You will receive a 2nd e-mail (the 1st is automatic) stating your basket price, the delivery fee, and delivery or ship date. SHIPPING METHOD AND PROCESSING TIME Most orders are shipped USPS priority mail, which normally takes 3 days or less. This means we can ship to P.O. Boxes. We securely wrap and package each basket and ship as soon as possible, usually within 1 business day, unless you request a specific shipping date in the comments section of the order form. Holiday orders require extra time, so please order early! TO SHIP MULTIPLE BASKETS TO DIFFERENT ADDRESSES The quickest way is to place one order online and enter “I’ll email with the information” in the message box. On the next page, just enter your shipping address. (your receipt will say it’s going to be shipped to you- you may ignore that as it’s an automatic response) Continue with the order, choose “credit card” for your payment option and enter your credit card information. (If you choose Paypal we will send you an invoice which you would need to pay before we process the entire order).
Then, email us with your name, the number of baskets you would like (if different baskets, add the name of each separate one), the messages for each basket (remember to include a signature) and the shipping address for each. We will get back to you with the total later in the day. See below for our shipping rates for each basket. This method will save you the time having to go back and reenter all the information for every basket.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES We do everything to keep our shipping and handling charges as close as possible to the true charge. We do not try to make any money on it. The shipping charges shown in your shopping cart are automatically calculated based upon the total of your order. When your order is processed for shipping, the actual shipping charges will be determined. We will adjust the shipping charges to the actual amount if they are lower than the shipping charges shown in your cart. Deliveries may be made within the Denver Metro area for a charge of $9.95. We will make an adjustment for a delivery charge, if necessary. WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE IN GOOD CONDITION? We securely wrap, pad and package each basket so it arrives as beautiful as when it was first made. We stand behind our products. If you or your recipient is not 100% satisfied, call us and we'll make it right. SHIPPING TO OTHER COUNTRIES We are not able to ship to other countries because there are special circumstances involved with the shipment, such as customs forms, extra shipping charges, etc. DO YOU EVER CHANGE ANY OF THE PRODUCTS INCLUDED IN A BASKET?All items for our baskets are kept in stock, however sometimes a supplier may be late in shipping or our stock item has changed. If that occurs, we will substitute an item of equal or better value. You may also request a specific product to be added or substituted however the price will be different to reflect the changes. CAN I REQUEST PRODUCTS OTHER THAN WHAT IS LISTED FOR A SPECIFIC BASKET? You may contact us with any specific requests you may have. We can individualize any basket for you with preferred food, special colors, special likes (cats, dogs, horses, sports, gardening, inspirational, mini books, reading books, etc.). Just give us your price range and requests and your friend or loved one will receive a customized gift basket.
